To avoid future rental car fees, i'm thinking of getting a vehicle purchased so as to move about the country...does anyone know if banks in panama deal with this issue on refinancing repossessed cars?  Thanks...

There are auctions that are available. My friends signed up for them and this includes homes and cars.

this is the web site, there is a fee to sign up every year i believe its about 130 usd.
as for the exact process of how to participate at the auction, i dont know all the details.
