Factories in SMA

i have been investigating setting up a small (5,0000 sq feet) factory in Mexico to make tiles - i have already set up two others in other countries - but can find nothing on the web about factory availibility in SMA. Can anyone help? Are there industrial units available there? How much a square foot? Do they have reliable 3-phase electricity and gas

SMA is not an industrial town ..... Dolores Hidalgo is less than an hour away. Lots of ceramics there
