Urgent Help Appeal!!

Dear dog lovers I am appealing here on this page for an urgent help.  I have a 7 months old puppy of a mix breed. I stay in Hoora in building 783.  In our building my neighbor has made a complaint in Hoora Police station as he doesn't like my dog.  The police have now warned us to take the dog away without giving prior notice.  My dog doesn't make noise unless instigated by our neighbor.  He purposely plays loud tracks of music on his music system due to which the puppy gets disturbed.  Despite hia nominal instigated barking other 2 neighbors staying on the same floor have no problems with us or the puppy.  This wicked man only has problem.
I have all the documents of the puppy and he has been properly vaccinated at prescribed intervals. He has also been micro cheaped.  Our family he holds a place of our child.  Please can anybody help me save my baby..

My family and myself urge you all to please extend any possible help to us. :sosad:

Your options

-Talk to the landlord, he might have a solution
-Have a civilized talk with the neighbor, try to listen and make your point politely
-Change, or switch your flat

let me give you an alternative point of view. I'm a musician. I often play music loudly enough for my neighbour to hear it, particularly when I'm practicing. It's not incredibly loud, but it might be loud enough to trigger your dog. And, saying that he's doing it "on purpose" is pretty subjective.

You might think it's a child. It's not. It's a dog and as such, those of us who hate dogs don't care less about it. But like a child, you have a responsibility to train it. You can train your dog not to respond to loud music. In fact, you have a civic duty to do so if you want to live in proximity with other people.

I love dogs and have had a few growing up. As much as I sympathize with Ked, I agree with Sam. Besides, keeping a dog indoors without access to a garden is just wrong

Your message was not only unhelpful but rude. The neighbour is playing tracks so cd's etc not a flute or guitar practise.
You can't train a baby not to cry at night or get scared and cry at strange loud noises and you can't do that with a dog either.
As my mother used to say - If you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing at all.

I sympathise with this guys situation. I think talking to him and your landlord may help - how many hours a day is the puppy left alone? Maybe it barks more than you are aware of due to being lonely. Depending on finance maybe get a dog walker twice a day or take him to Delmon Kennels for fun doggy days.
Also an apartment isn't ideal for a dog - not enough space, no garden and the walls are paper thin.

I know you have come here asking for help but we are very limited as to how to advise you except communicate, get the dog a new home (no option) or move home if you can.

Sorry for your dilema.

A good amount of population don't see dogs as a cute companion. I 'v kept dog for almost 16 years in India & one of my friend has similar situation.
With all due respect to above comments, i have another solution which u may not like but it is one way to save him as it did to one of my buddy.
These vet surgeons can remove vocal cords of ur pet which is painful for anyone but upto some time, my friend had the same problem and his neighbor was a true cruel breed as he once tried to shoot his dog for barking too much. But after the surgery, everything went to normal as his neighbor was no more complaining and he gets to keep his dog.
