Admissible shares of foreign workers in separate branches of economy for 2016 are established

According to the draft of the Government resolution for 2016 the admissible share of the foreign workers used by economic entities in the following kinds of activity is established:

Cultivation of vegetables - 50% of total number of workers,
Construction - 65% of total number of workers,
Trade retail alcoholic beverages, including beer, in specialized shops of 15% of total number of workers,
Trade retail tobacco products in specialized shops - 15% of total number of workers,
Trade retail medicines in specialized shops (drugstores) - 0%
Trade retail in non-stationary trade objects and in the markets - 0%,
Trade retail other out of shops, tents, the markets - 0%,
Activity of other land passenger transport - 35% of total number of workers,
Activity of motor cargo transport - 35% of total number of workers,
Activity in the field of sport other - 25%.

We remind that according to the Federal law "About  legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation" the government was granted the right annually taking into account regional features of labor market and need for a priority order of employment of citizens of Russia to establish an admissible share of the foreign workers used in various branches of economy by the economic entities operating as in the territory of one or several subjects of Federation, and in all territory of Russia.
