Looking for compounds in Khobar (or Dammam),Saudi Arabia

Hello dear Forum participants.

My husband and I now living in Dammam, he works in Dammam. But we really want to move to live in a compound. We come from Tallinn (Estonia). We are looking for the compound themselves , to be honest, I did not think it would be so difficult. Many compounds are no web sites, phone numbers are not listed anywhere, and if you specify many of them are wrong. Our budget is about 65,000 - 85,000 SAR.
I would be very grateful for your help!

2.) Abdullah Fouad, Dammam
3.) AlDosaary compound, AlKhobar
4.) Golden Belt Village, AlKhobar
5.) Suwaiket Compound, AlKhobar
6.) CCC compound, AlKhobar
