process and documents for applying brazilian VIPER visa?

i am an indian citizen currently residing in india.i am a marine engineer by profession.i want to marry my brazilian fiance in brazil and i decided to stay in brazil with her.please can anybody tell me the process of preparing all the required documents for applying for bazilian visa.i am planning to go to brazil on VITUR(tourist visa) and marry her there and apply for my permanent visa from brazil.so i need to know the documents to be required,how to get then authenticated,notarised and other procedures,

can anybody give me the details of any agencies in india handling all the hassle of paperwork for me.i can pay for it to save time and hassle.
