Moving between english speaking countries?

Post new topic

Sammykyns

Hello, I’m an education student at the University of Victoria, and I am working on a research project for one of my courses. The focus of the project is on English speakers who move from one dialect area to another. I am looking for information on your experiences upon moving to Canada, and any difficulties you may have had with the different use of language here.  Any information you are willing to share would be very helpful, and I will not be including names or any other identifying information in my report.
I would appreciate any information that you would be willing to share with me

If you have any stories or experiences to share with me, feel free to send me a message.

Hi there
I write a humorous blog about moving to Montreal and often mention the difference between English and Canadian pronunciation.
Don't know if this is the sort of thing you are looking for?
