Family Visit visa

in addition of above please tell me that at While Stamping my mother's Visit Visa from Saudi Embassy in ISB Pakistan there is any requirement for Finger Prints or Presence of my mother there ?

any proof of relationship(Marriage certificate )

While Stamping mother Visit Visa from ETIMAD Islamabad, My Birth Certificate required or not? if required Copy is Enough?
