"I am writing this as a colleague, a friend, a fellow expat and I am pleading with you to help. Be it financially, or just being able to help connect Kye with a key person in power or with the financial ability to help him immediately. If he does not get immediate help, only God knows the outcome. I’m not going to lie, I am stressed, I am tired, I am frustrated and I am sad. Just like everyone else who has been helping, even helping more than me. We are all tired and just want Kye to be okay. I drove home as fast as I could just to put this together to get it ready to publish and share in the morning during my break at work."

$5,000,000 dong a day ICU in a place that will put you out on the streets if you cannot pay. Cautionary tale for any expat (especially older ones) thinking of living here. Make sure you have the funds for these types of emergencies. I've seen people in similar conditions laid outside the hospital who could not pay.
