Nail Lounge in Bahrain

I am planning to open a Nail Spa Lounge in Bahrain, I am looking for few advises:-
- Can I get Nail products from India, If yes is there any additional cost or registration
- Male technicians allowed to work in salon or only female technicians
- Any special instructions to be followed, if yes please advise
Suggestions
- what would be the ideal place to start-up with(mall kiosk or a shop)
