There are many companies who provide international health insurance coverage (for example https://www.bupaglobal.com). As @stumpy said, use Google.

If your inquiry is related to recent regulations changes announced by Saudi Foreign ministry for all expat visitors to get health insurance, you have to wait. The regulation hasn't been implemented yet; though many local insurance companies are ready to launch their products,
