Yes, there are good hospitals with reputed infertility centers; but they are in major cities. For example, Sulaiman Habib Hospitals networks in Riyadh. I don't know much about Jeddah.

By the way, the couples I know who went for IVF, decided to go somewhere else. Obviously, I don't know the reasons.

In Jeddah its Dr. Samir Abbass Clinic (Soon to be Hospital) and United Doctors Hospital . Since you are in Tabuk,,why don't you consider Jordan ? tons of people go there for treatment and they have a top IVF Center call Hiba Hospital.

I have known people who have had IVF procedure in the Eastern province. Their feedback has been that the while the doctors are competent, the procedures are insanely expensive. For some reason the "success rate" has been low as well as compared to countries like Indian and Indonesia which are approximately 1/4th the cost, with higher success rates.
