I'm in Dalat for 6 weeks teaching English. I would like to meet some other expats that are living here because I am planning on moving here in September. Is there a regular get together? Thanks.

Every Friday night, 6:30, Dalat Palace Hotel, Larry's Bar.
Pull around to the back of the hotel and the bar's outside entrance is to the right of the big stairs.

Sometimes it's well-attended and sometimes not. The hotel gives us 50% food and drinks, so it's very inexpensive.
