Put it this way... I know an English Care Worker who just quit her job and went to work at Dog Sanctuary 'cos she couldn't take the bs anymore. And the pay isn't great.

Still she is loving her new role!

Thank for your reply, I only ask because I have been offered a few interviews for care work and it has seemed to be a little too easy, maybe this explains why.
