Hello,
Just wondering if they are still working on the road from San Ignacio towards San Antonio? I was last there in October and they were working on it everyday. A couple of the locals seem to think that they were going to pave it. Just curious if they are still doing anything.

Possibly but I wouldn't hold my breath. We have been waiting for years for our road to be properly done here in Consejo, and the people even offered to fund it. It was a no-go unless the people turned all over all of the money to a local official whom I guess they did not trust. Politics gets involved in this country, maybe. I'm sure the workers who have to bike all the way out here would love it!
