I have Cambodia Business visa valid for 3 months.Can it be extended for one year after a brief stay of say 7 to 10 days?

Any reason why you don't extend it, like everyone else, two to four weeks before it expires?

Hi,

Business visa can be extended for one month, three months, six months or one year. You can choose to extend any time before it expires. It takes approximately 3-5 working-days.

I can stay for a few days only initially.

Unless u extend for 6 months minimum u cannot leave or u need a new visa when returning
