what means this.

On arrival, you are allowed to stay for 90 days. Your company has to get the residency & work permit (aka iqama) issued within those 90 days. That's a usual thing; nothing to worry about.

If its a work visa then the iqama needs to be made within 90 days and if its visit then you need to leave within 90 days, so basically its the duration of the visa.
