Are you looking for a Italian Chef ??

Hansson

Employers are often wary of people who have run their own business. Questions go through their minds such as 'why aren't you still running your own business?' or 'can I trust someone that has run their own business?'. Coupled with the fact that you are 40 and with an MBA, does raise many questions. If I were in your position I would be looking to start up a new business, something which is not so difficult in Asia especially with your qualifications and experience. And that is probably why many employers would be wary. However, there may also be lots of employers who might be looking for someone with your experience and qualifications.

Good luck!

Hansson

If you are a professional. At least you have your own website or linkedin profile listing your details/resumes.

https://www.linkedin.com/

That could really improve your image.
Rather than just a brief outline on a random forum with one paragraph to list your whole history...

Anyway...  Good luck in finding your desire.
