As an Indian, is it possible to looking for job in Iceland from Dubai?

You can look for jobs remotely of course, but you cannot move to Iceland without a work/residence permit. In order to achieve a work permit you have to line up a job that will sponsor you.

According to statistics Iceland, last year there were 305 residents of Iceland who were born in India.
