Learning Chinese fast?

Hello
My electrical engineering company does a lot of business with Chinese companies and I would like to begin to learn Chinese, in a fast way, so that I can improve myself here at my company. Any suggestions?

I want to focus primarily on speaking, I'm not yet interested in writing and reading, but possible in the future.

If you want to speak Chinese quickly, I recommend doing it online. Online lets you focus on your speaking and listening with a teacher on Skype; you can practice character writing outside of class and spend time on it on your own if you wish. I tried online courses from Surf Chinese and study on my own schedule from home now. Learning online has allowed me to continue studying with less of the stress and strain of commuting to meet up. I suggest you learn Chinese online. Good luck to you!

There are no shortcuts bro. start learning with Pinying. Buy a book and try memorise the glossary of words. the more you speak, more you learn.

I feel, you should look for someone who can help you practice your Chinese. Perhaps someone who's not too good either. Cos that will keep you both interested to learn.

If you want the fast way in learning Chinese, the best way is to go to Language school in University in 6mos time or less you will be able to speak, write and read in chinese. That would depend on your free time to spare in learning ofcourse...
Buy a simple book for you to master then upgrade yourself step by step! Still the best thing to do is Practice speaking, the more you do the more you learn (prashant) I do agree!

Pinyin**. Also, if you're learning traditional Characters sometimes you learn Zhuyin.
