If your health insurance cover pregnancy visits, you don't have to pay anything.

If you have health insurance, (which you should have by law), you do not pay anything for midwife costs, including after care (kraamzorg). But you have to go to the midwife rather than them come to you (I guess, unless you have some medical reason you can't travel). Start by googling midwives in your area, then register with one. They will advise what to do from there.
