The message is not clear, any one can be business partner, will u please explain here, partner with investment ? Partner in operation ? partner in supply ? Partner on paper ?

Yes, sorry i didnt describe clearly in my post.
Im from Vietnam.
Our business is provide garment. We want to develope over the sea, around the world.
So that, customer and contract from that side is what we want.
We looking for partner can widen our business, or want supply from us.
1. Partner widen business: looking for contract and customer
2: want supply from us: give us sample then we supply produce as they order. Or we can design then give them produce completly.
