How much to pay a baby sitter

Welcome to the forum Jens 
I hope other members will try respond to you in regards to the salary of a baby sitter. Many websites claim, in general it is around 10-15Euro per kid.
Personally I think, it will also depend on the experience & competence of the nanny as well.
