Are there any local language exchange groups in Beijing?

Hey expats!

I wish to study in Germany in half a year and am trying to improve my German by every means. I wonder where I can find German speakers to practice, preferably face to face meeting. I am willing to offer my English/Chinese/ Finance skills for exchange.

Can you shoot me with ideas of online tandem groups or local societies in real life? How can I make a connection?

I have friend who speaks German, English and Chinese. I don't know what has subject knowledge is like in Finance so maybe if he's interest you could arrange skills swop?
