Were  can one go or ask for assistance especially if ur a woman in saudi incase of missunderstanding with employer?
In matters of;
Working long hours more than the contract states ,
not doing the type of job signed on the contract ,
or pay being deducted with no reasons,
Trying to reach the mangement and not allowed.
and trying to comunicate with those incharge turns out no one can speak english.
in such cases what can one do to get assistance??
your advises will be highly apreciated.

1-contact your Embassy
2- complain to the labors office  but  be aware that these steps may take very long Procedures
My advice try not to involve with it

Keep your friends address and number with you
In case you face any problems

Call your embassy this is first step or your agency, 2nd it's ugly truth here what they are doing with house maids, and if you are going to call labor office, I don't think so you can get any positive response from them, 2nd , for your kind information if your employer knows you take this step, remember and mark my words, they are going to put you in trouble, like , robbery case, you are not good at work, you are using phone, you are not doing job on time so they extend your hours, you stole something, you took borrow money, etc...anything they can blame you and Labor office will be listen to them and believe them not you, and after this your employer gonna put you in more trouble. Inbox me for more information and maybe i can help you out

Hello,
Noone can personally help you out in your case.
Your 1st point of assistance is your embassy. Explain them your situation and ask for their advise.
Labor office is putting its efforts to solve the issues and if its really needed you can contact their direct line at 19911. They provide support in multiple languages.
You may also communicate to them through social media.

Yossef11.
How can you assist ?
Will you charge me?

Yossef11

Hey Evanic,,

Advising is free of charge. However, if you want more than advise such as  writing letter, make a visit to the employer, or file a complaint with labor court, these actions are chargeable..

Kind regards,

Yossef

Hii  Yosef 11 ?
Then I guess you can give me ur advice, if it can help out.
coz am not in power to sue a big company I'll definatly loose in the end.
just need to find a way I can talk to the maneger coz those who are surpose to take me to him don't want to.

fist of all,  winning or losing not based on the size of a company, but it indeed on the value of your complaint along with the supporting evidence. However, sending letters,  and a quick visit are not considered a formal law suit.

Usually employers are so afraid to ask about their rights even though it has written on their contract!
