While many of the expats are residing in Muscat, i find myself a bit lonely in the remote Sohar.
Is any one living or plan to drop by Sohar please?

Hi William Lim,

I just returned to Muscat, after a week's stay in Sohar. I was on work at the Sohar Port and Freezone Area.

Found the place very industrialised and mechanical ! You are quite right ! It could get rather lonely.

I interacted with many expats living in Sohar and they say that most are used to driving across to the very near Hata border, and over to Dubai for the weekends. Have you tried it yet ?
