Thanks in advance,
I have worked in a company in bahrain for 9 years almost, unfortunately my employer did not pay last 10 months salary, he told me so many excuses because I was working with him from long time and had no issues before my bad luck I trusted him , now my visa is expiring in two months so he asked me to look for another job and he will pay me money once he will have, now i got offer letter from another company and I have send resignation via post office as well, my new job is outside bahrain .

My question is can i claim my salaries and indemnity and other benefits while I am not in Bahrain ? , if I will put case , I will be blocked to move out side?
Please advice.

Hi.

sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation. Your situation is very critical and you must handle it with care. You can put a case on your employer, but the question is can you come back to bahrain when the court calls for a hearing? i doubt anyone else could represent you and its going to be a long process. At this moment the best thing i feel is not to go ahead with legal stuff and just pray and hope that your employer pays off whatever you have earned. If you wanted to raise a case you should have done it some time back, now the time is really less for an outcome. If anyone has any better suggestion i am sure they would reply back.

hopefully everything will be ok!

good luck
