Don't think so...Not sure though...Can be possible if the so called visa is provided by an establishment where women work currently in KSA

"azad visa", - Azad means freedom, Visa here means you are under someone's sponsorship. This term is a misconcept to lure people into believing that they are totally free when they are not.
