Is there any western food stores? And if so where?

58 Ham Nghi street D1, there is another shop just two doors down.

It really depends on what you are looking for.

There is Annam in D1 for example with Western products only (French and American but not only).

I personally go there time to time, but it's expansive.
I also like to go to Giant in D7 (B1 of Crescent Mall). Very large supermarket with a good selection on western products.
Metro in D2 is also quite good (Their "fresh" products are very..."fresh", meat, veggies,...)
