Where to get an iPad 4 in HCM?

Hello everyone!

I'm posting because I'm desperate to find an iPad 4th gen for sale somewhere in Ho Chi Minh city, preferably second hand. I'm wary of knockoffs and I don't speak Vietnamese. Anyone have any thoughts on where I could go to buy one? Anyone have one for sale?
