UAE Labour Contract

Post new topic

abuhamzah

Hi Guys,

I'm working in UAE on a limited contract I.e. 2 years. Recently I got a very good job offer out of  UAE. What can be possible implications if I break this contract before two years after giving  a one month notice period.

Please note in my contract under notice period it mentioned as per UAE Labour law of limited contract. As per my understanding this law says if employee breaks the contract before 2 years then he has to pay 45 days salary to employer. Is it correct or is there any other way as paying this amount in not possible for me.

Thanks in advance.
