I think you can, but I think it'll be hard to obtain it though...Cause a friend of mine couldn't get a visit visa for his sister...

Family visit visas are for some limited relations only; e.g., parents, wife and daughters. Other relations are usually rejected.

I disagree with @Ali. Don't get fake hopes; you'll never get it.
