Venezuela is just short of fallen in dishuevel. Will this affect protrolem supply to Belize?

I am not sure, but I wouldn't be surprised. Belize has a lot of oil, apparently, judging by the number of trucks on Hummingbird and the Southern Highway, but no way to refine it. Not sure how much of a role Venezuela plays in refining that oil, but it could always be shipped to another CARICOM country that might be more stable. Maybe someone with more inside knowledge will reply. Since 'all' the electrical power comes from Mexico, it shouldn't affect that aspect, but gas prices might skyrocket - like they aren't already high enough.
