Looking for a football (soccer) game in Ho Chi Minh

Just wondering how hard it is to get a game of football in Ho Chi Minh? Don't think I could commit to a team in a league as I will have to work some weekends,but would like to get a casual game every week if that would be possible? Also are the pitches there generally grass/astro turf? Have lived in Korea before and most of the pitches there were dirt pitches. Thanks.
