Advice. Need a marriage leave on September

Hello everyone, im working here in ksa. Ill be 1yr this coming end of june.

I asked my manager he is an egyptian man if he can allow me to have a marriage leave on September 2016.

I had asked him last december and told me to asked him again may 2016 and said wait the khafeel is coming by first week of june. And i waited.

And again i went to his office asking about it and he said he forgot. 😣

if im going to resign how many mos does it takes? I wanted to go this September.

If you're getting married you get extra 5 days as marriage leave as per MOL
