appartment purchase in Marrakech

URGENT
Can anybody help me please. I am part way through a purchase in Marrakech and the agent's local representative has moved to Dubai and the British agency has not yet appointed a new local agent. I had already booked my flights so will arrive on Monday 27th & was hoping to sign the "Compromis de vente" on Monday afternoon. I do not now who to contact, where to go - is it the developer, is it the mortgage lender, is it the bank??? Do I need a notary. The local agent, who I last saw in July was supposed to arrange all this for me and now I have to do it all myself but do not know where to start.
