where to find north indian community in Johor Bahru

Hi,

I am shifting to Johor in next few weeks. Even though my work would be much in Senai, I am planning to rent out apartment in Johor Bahru.
Can someone please guide me if it will be good decision to work in Senai and stay in JB. I have family with one infant.
Also, what area should i look for to find hindi speaking community (north Indian).
