Moving to Riyadh

Hi Everyone,

I am from Pakistan and I am moving to Riyadh. I have lived in KSA before but back then I was single. I am seeking advise on where to live in Riyadh considering that my wife and my 2 year old son would be moving with me.

Ideally I would want to reside inside compound but they are normally out of budget. I want a nice/safe place where my wife can feel comfortable in the neighborhood and my 2 year old son can have a play area for his physical activities.

I would also want the place to be near a Gym and a swimming pool.

My budget is 4000 SAR per month for the furnished apartment. Or I can get an unfurnished apartment for a lesser rate.

Please share if anyone knows an affordable compound as well.

I need your help and advise on finding a good place.
