Help in finding Accommodation in compounds

Dear All
I have recently arrived in Saudi and I am actively seeking alternative accommodation which I am currently staying. I would prefer compound accommodation however my budget from my employer is restrictive.

I am currently employed as an Academy Head for a new college due to open in Riyadh January 2017 this venture is being sponsored by Rawabi Almojel Partnership.

I come from Northern Ireland and I am married but not accompanied so I only really require one-bedroom accommodation however I would have no issues sharing compound accommodation with someone who had similar budgetary constraints

My work location at present is 6934 King Fahad road and at present I am using taxis to get to and from work.

Any advice our recommendations would be greatly appreciated at this time especially regarding social activities and compound accommodation.
