Professional hairdressers in Riyadh

Hi all (ladies I'm looking specifically at you... 
)
I am looking for a hairdresser, someone that has been trained professionally in US or Europe or thereabouts (or at least, someone that is very good at what they do and knows their stuff!), that specialises in short hairstyles and blonde colour. They dont have to necessarily work in a salon, they can just be someone that lives and works casually in their compound. I have been asking around and searching for a good hairdresser for years now and have been very unhappy with all services that ive tried. If you know someone personally that wouldn't feel comfortable being advertised publicly on a forum, please just send me a direct message.
