Hi All

Hope everyone is well. Im moving to Jeddah in 2 weeks from Canada and have been searching compounds to live at but find most of the threads and info to be old and dated. Can someone help me out regarding what costs would be for a 1 bedroom furnished unit and approximately how long the wait times are and what options or alternatives exist while you wait for a unit to become available. Much appreciated.

One Bed room Villa is available readily in Nada Village compound at 4000 SAR per month , You have to pay advance rent of 6 Months plus one month rent as Brokerage fees
