Paypal in Montenegro

Hello,

I know paypal is working at some level in Montenegro. My specific question is if it is possible to link a paypal account to a local Montenegrin bank account and transfer funds from paypal to the local (montenegrin) bank account. Has anyone had experience with this?

I called paypal.. Eddies is correct. currently paypal can only be used to "pay" for services.. There is no way to receive funds yet.....
