Hi,
I would suggest you to join the Integration Course which covers from A1 - B1. It takes 6 months. I am currently pursuing it and I am in level A 2.2 
Or else, you can purchase german language books to study at home or download apps such as Duolingo. I would suggest you to attend class because german language can be quiet difficult.
