I would like someone to help me understand the Job grading system in Oman. How does it work?
I received an offer letter for the position of Sales Engineer with Grade 8.

Will appreciate any help.

Different organizations follow different systems for grading its employees.

There is no one size fits all - either here in Oman, or elsewhere around the world.

You must find out from the organisation which has made you the job offer to explain how their employee grading system works.
