Cairo travel guide for expats?

Sorry, might be a stupid question, but is there a Cairo travel guide to recommend for preparing living in Cairo? I know the city quite well, have benn working there on and off as an archaeologist, but was just wondering if something like Rough Guide/Lonely planet is worth buying???
