Permanent visa processing time in these days

Hi..
My friend have applied for permanent family visa before two to three days and was very keen to know that practically how much time it may going to take to get an appointment for istiqdam as we heard that now in these days it will take about 3 to 4 months to get an appointment because in moharram they will gave loads of appointments pipelined who have applied before hajj time and the office people will first provide appointment to those who applied first starting from hajj time or so....

Can anybody tell me practically how much it may take for my friend's application to get an appointment for istiqdam???

He need to boook an appointment in istiqdam. But the appointments are not avilable these days. If you get an appointment same day you will get visa of u complete all doca
