PERSONAL INCOMES FROM ABROAD ARE TAXABLE?

Hola! Can someone know , if Personal Incomes from Abroad MUST DECLARED TO THE CANARY AUTHORITY? And are these incomes from abroad taxable from the Canary Islands?

If you reside in Spain which includes the Canary Islands for 183 days in a year, then you are deemed to be a fiscal resident and you are legally obliged to submit a tax return, declaring your world wide income, which then will be subject to taxation.
