Shipping from the UK to Australia- costs and companies

Hi,

I would like to arrange to have the remainder of my 'essentials' shipped out to Melbourne from my parents house in the UK. I am anticipating a large suitcase size weighing around 40 kgs. Can anyone recommend a shipping company who will be able to do this for me at a reasonable (read- cheapest!) cost, with minimum inconvenience for my parents who will be sending my stuff?
