Engineering englishman looking for information on firms in Brazil

hi guys,

hope your all well, ill start by saying im a 20 year old mechanical engineering student, an im looking for a work placement for a year.

ive noticed there are quite a few engineers here in the ex-pat blog community, i would like to ask them or anyone who can give me information on companies i should apply to.

my interest in south america comes from my friend from university who is from venezula and my interest in brazillian jui-jitsu. i have heard so many wonderful things about the country from members of my BJJ club one of whom has just returned from a 4 week holiday to rio. id really like to experience life there.

any informationa at all would be appreciated guys
