I am looking for unbiased opinions on which TEFL certification/school is the best in PP. Thanks!

Depending on what degrees you have, you may not even need it. Also if your a native English speaker and white that helps a lot... serious..

Cambridge uni do a series of professional courses all over the world, including in Cambodia.
There are two advantages:
These are excellent courses
Cambridge have pretty much cornered the market because of their quality and serious advertising in the education world, that meaning the qualifications are accepted pretty much everywhere.

Not the cheapest, and not the easy option, but probably one of the most useful.

A google sorts out course and exam centres.
